Hey everyone, Will here from ShipOnSite of Surf City.
As we approach our 5th Summer in business, Gabrielle and I wanted to personally thank this community for supporting us over the last several years.
When we took over the store back in 2021, we had very little business experience - just a willingness to work hard, learn fast, and build something meaningful for Surf City.
Over the last 5 years, we’ve learned a lot. Some lessons came through success… and some came the hard way. But every step has helped shape the vision we now have for ShipOnSite and what we believe this business can become.
Because of that, we’ve made the decision to temporarily reduce our Summer operating hours beginning Monday, June 1st, 2026.
NEW TEMPORARY SUMMER HOURS:
Mon – Fri: 10AM – 5PM
Saturday: 10AM – 3PM
Sunday: Closed
This is not us slowing down - this is us rebuilding and strengthening the foundation of the business so we can better serve our customers, our team, and this community long term.
We know this may inconvenience some people, and we truly appreciate your patience and support while we work through this season of growth and improvement.

What services do you offer?
We specialize in Print Marketing—graphic design, full-service printing, signage, invitations, and custom projects. Plus, shipping, packing, notary, and other business services—all in one convenient location.
Do you offer notary and business support?
We always have a notary on-site during business hours, along with copy, fax, scan, and other business services to keep residents and local businesses moving. No appointment needed! Walk-ins welcome.
Which shipping carriers do you work with?
We work with FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS. We also accept all pre-paid labels and provide packing support for a hassle-free experience.
Can you handle large or specialty shipments?
Absolutely. We manage freight, crating, and insured high-value shipments, ensuring everything is packed and shipped with care.
Can I drop off a QR code or pre-paid labeled return?
We accept some FedEx & USPS QR codes (UPS not yet supported), and all pre-paid return labels from any carrier. Follow instructions that come with your QR code.
Are cable & internet equipment returns accepted?:
We do not yet have this capability due to being a 3rd party shipping store. These are the responsibility of the 1st party carrier specified on your return instructions. We apologize for any inconvenience!
