Already have a label? We can assist you with that as well, as the only authorized drop off locations for FedEx, UPS, and DHL. We also accept United States Postal Service drop offs. We offer a variety of supplies and can even pack it up for you.

Do you accept QR code returns?:
We currently accept some FedEx & USPS QR codes. As a 3rd Party & Independently Owned Authorized Shipping Store, there are some QR codes, including all UPS, that we cannot accept. ShipOnSite has partnered with PackageHub Business Centers, who is in the steady fight for the access to all of these codes, to make our customers "Return" experience much easier and more simplified. Until then, simply read the instructions that your Return has given you with your QR code and follow those. QR codes are not to be confused with pre-paid carrier labels, all of which we accept! Do you accept and pack (for free) cable/internet equipment returns?:
Similar to the previous question, we do not have this capability due to being a 3rd party shipping store. These are the responsibility of the first party carrier specified on your return instructions. We apologize for any inconvenices!
Do you accept prepaid labels / is your store a drop-off center?:
YES! We accept all carrier pre-paid labels! Just let us know when you come in and you'll have a much shorter wait time!
Do you have shipping materials?:
YES! We have an abundance of all the materials necessary to make sure your pacakge arrives to it's destination! We also provide Professional Packing services to guarentee your item's safety!
